Superior Court of Justice Representation.

As of October 30, 2008, Ontario Small Claims Courts do not have jurisdiction over claims in excess of $10,000 excluding legal costs and pre-judgment interest.  Also, Small Claims Courts do not have jurisdiction to order injunctions and specific performance.  The lawyer provides affordable representation in civil actions before Superior Court of Justice, both under Simplified (currently under $50,000) and ordinary procedure (over $50,000).
