Small
Claims Court Forms
Small
Claims Court Forms are the court documents that the litigants have
to use in accordance with the
Small Claims Court Rules. It is important to use a proper Small
Claims Court Form for a particular Small Claims Court Procedure.

The most
commonly used Small Claims Court Forms are Plaintiff's Claim (Small
Claims Court Form 7A), Defence to the Plaintiff's Claim (Small
Claims Court Form 9A) and List of Proposed Witnesses (Small Claims
Court Form 13A).
